Question / Help Audio out of sync with the video

Hey guys, I'm having some trouble with my audio. It's not synchronized to my video. This is not just the audio from my mic, but all the sound is out of sync with the video.
I have MP3 with 128 bit rate as audio encoding, 10 quality with 3k bitrate and buffer size as video encoding.
I'm streaming in 1920x1080 resolution with 60fps.
My Desktop and microphone audio Device is set to default.
I have multithreaded optimization enabled with process piority class set to normal.
My video CPU preset is set to very fast.
I have "Force audio to sync to video time enabled", but it's not working. I do have "use higher quality resampling" enabled.

I think I have the rest of the setting at the default and I'm streaming on twitch.tv if that would matter. I would really appreciate some help. Please tell me if I'm missed mentioning important settings.

The "force audio to sync to video time" is meant as a last resort feature in cases like these, you use it in combination with "global audio offset" below it. The default audio timing from your computer should in theory always be more accurate, but I would need to see a log file. I can't do much without a log file
