Question / Help Audio Out of Sync, suddenly

Hello all!

I've been using OBS for around 2 years now to stream on twitch, with very few issues. However, I have - since yesterday in fact - developed a desync issue with between my audio and my video.

Here is the log from this afternoon's stream. As you can see, the log seems to recognise that there is a syncing issue, but I have no idea how to fix it.

The ONLY thing I can think of is that I downloaded an audio codec pack the other day. This pack in fact

Not entirely sure, what else have you changed recently? I notice you're using line out for your desktop audio capture, to a USB device it seems. Seems rather unusual, I rarely ever see that sort of thing.
