Question / Help Audio out of sync on recordings and audio stutter on streams

Hi, can anyone help with an issue I have?

Scenario: I stream and record at the same time

Issue:

1) Recordings are out of sync by a few seconds
2) Streams seem ok when aired, however when I watch my past broadcasts on Twitch under 'Videos' the streams audio and video I just recorded will stutter every few seconds. If I'm allowed to link a video then I can do that if it's not breaking rules.

There's some lines near the beginning mentioning some audio codecs missing. Could that be the issue? How do I fix that?

Update, I found a fix for the stream but NOT for the recording. the recording sync issue is still an open issue and I still require assistance please.

The fix for the stream came from here:

So the answer was simply just Chrome using hardware acceleration when playing back my past streams.
