Question / Help Audio out of sync/not loading in Premiere Pro

Okay, I've done some googling around and have yet to really come up to a concrete solution to this problem. (I'm going to post the log with the file even though the issue isn't with the file itself, I think)
So, after recently getting some new parts to my computer I decided to up my setting in OBS hoping to make the quality of my new video better. (I am currently using Premiere Pro as my editing software, I record the footage from OBS and then I take that and drop it into Premiere Pro)
Unfortunately, what has been happening is that my files either become out of sync with their own audio mid to 3/4th's of the way through scrubbing through the footage, or they just loose the audio completely at that point. This ONLY happens when I play the videos back in Premiere Pro, I have no problem watching and listening to the recorded footage in Windows Media Player. So, I am asking here wondering if the problem might potentially be my settings for recording? I've also heard that Variable frame rate was a cause of this sort of issue, but I couldn't find any settings for that on the current version of OBS. Thank you, and please excuse my rambling.

I had a problem with audio sync a while ago, maybe a year ago.. My solution was exporting to .mov format. Then you can use Vegas, Premier Pro, Handbrake, whatever you use to convert it to mp4 if you'd like to.

Alright, Ill look into this the next time I record some footage. I've tried manually switching the file extension on some of my MP.4's to .MOV and that only just made the footage laggy and unplayable in both premiere and Windows Media Player.

You don't rename files from *.mp4 to *.mov, you change that in OBS. Anyway, if audio gets out of sync, it's probably because 99% of the commercial world doesn't understand timestamps and somehow messes them up.
Right click on the footage in Premiere and click "Reinterpret footage". That should give you a window to enter the correct framerate for playback and it will use that instead of what it guessed.

Attempted this fix as well, the footage was being interpreted as 60 frames by Premiere, switched it to a manual lock of 60 anyways and found no fix still.

Update. So I attempted to do some manual fixing in Premiere and found something weird. About 20 mins and 30-ish seconds into the video, the audio just goes out of sync for a very small fraction of a second randomly, putting the rest of the audio ahead of the video. So, I just made a tiny cut and moved the audio backwards. Suddenly, I can scrub through the entire footage and there is no delay on the footage at all. Going to check this with the other recordings to see if maybe a specific time is causing a skip in frames or something of the sorts.

Glad you found a temporary fix. Hopefully you find something permanent at a later date :)

I'm not sure if my problem would be in this form but the problem i'm having is when i'm recording a video in obs it comes out fine and can play it and the video players i have on my laptop but after updating obs using the auto configuration option to fix my encoding overload problem i had before. It fixed that problem but gave me a new one after like when i try export the video into premiere its not showing the video as a video but as a audio but its a mp4 file. not sure how to fix that and i try asking on the obs twitter page but no one talked to me back about it. i hope i can get some help on trying to fix this
