Question / Help Audio only (stream)

Is it possible to disable video (like in Adobe FMLE) and stream only audio? If not, what video settings would you suggest for an audio-stream? I would like to use OBS for this because FMLE doesn't support AAC-audio natively on Windows.

Add a new Scene and leave the Sources blank. But your Viewers will see a Blackscreen. Is that what u want? I whould preffer a Backgroundimage or something.

Anyway:
You can use the slowest Preset, because this presets are for Video. Downscale as much as u can and put the FPS to 5 or something. I dont think, this settings are important for only Audio.

A black screen is fine, because I'm displaying an audioplayer on my website (without screen). I want to use the lowest video settings possible, because my internet connection is very slow and unstable. I guess 0 FPS isn't possible?

If you want an audio-only stream, you're probably better off just setting up an audio-only stream system using something like icecast and a compatible broadcasting tool.

Thanks, but sadly, that ain't an option. I'm streaming to sermon.net; they only offer RTMP-streaming.
