I've just started playing around with Open Broadcaster Software, and I like it so far. I work in radio and audio podcasting, and I think it would be great if OBS were revised to allow the following:
- Turn off video capture / encoding entirely, so that only audio (say from an internet phone call) is captured. This would save enormous amounts of file space, and would be suitable for those seeking only audio capture.
- Allow for audio to be saved in an uncompressed file format, such as .WAV (PCM) format. It would also be great if you could specify the sample and bit rate (16, 24 and/or 32-bit floating point).
