Audio occupancy issue when recording an app

If you launch the video app (TikTok) first and then launch OBS in the Windows system, the desktop audio will disappear. At this point, there will be no audio coming from the computer's speakers. However, the audio will be recorded normally in the recorded video file.
If you start OBS first in the Windows system and then start the video app (TikTok), the desktop audio will play normally. At this point, the computer's speakers can play the app's audio normally. At the same time, the audio is recorded normally in the recorded video file.

First of all, this problem did not exist in previous versions of OBS, so it is a bug caused by the software update.
Secondly, could you clarify which specific item you are referring to?
As for naming files in Japanese, that seems like a pointless suggestion. I have always used date naming.
