Hello, I've been struggling with this problem for a while, and I'm not tech savvy, so I wouldn't know how to fix it. When I record a video, the sound does not come through at all. The sliders work perfectly fine, and using a simple laptop recorder, the audio came through. Also, video works fine as well. If someone could walk me through every step in an easy way, that would be much appreciated!
