Question / Help Audio Not Syncing With Video

Hey my video isnt syncing with my audio the video lags behind and i can't see any setting where to delay the audio on obs studio 0.16.0 64 bit. Been searching for a while on it now found nothing same with google.

Audio delay is in the mixer's settings.

And you're a version behind on studio.

thats me updated it, where is the mixer setting i can't seem to find it sorry
