Question / Help Audio Not Syncing and Bit Rate Problems

Hi i have been using obs for 6months now every single day for livestreaming to twitch.tv and here are the problems i consistently run into that is a problem for me.

BitRate Problems: So i have a upload speed of 20mb/s so obviously i could stream 60fps 720p 3500 Max Bitrate And Buffer size
But it drops frames unless i do 3000 Max bitrate and buffer size!?

Audio Not Syncing: So i have ran into Audio to facecam and elgato audio syncing problems i have to use My Facecam and audio on the same Source Which is a pain for me most of the time! and my elgato stays in sync until like 2 hours after streaming and then goes out of sync

My PC Specs:
intel i5 4690
R9 270X [Upgrading to 980ti in a couple of months so i can do 1080p]
8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 Ram
Samsung EVO SSD [OBS is on this drive]
1TB WD Black Drive

your sync issues are due to your software/drivers not being up-to-date for the elgato. get the newest from the site, but dont just install it.
Unplug the elgato, uninstall old software, reboot, install new software and reboot. After that, go back to OBS and make sure that your elgato is set to 1ms butffer.
