Question / Help Audio not synced up with video

Hello I am currently trying to start up streaming (mostly through my elgato from my Xbox one) and I am having issues with game audio being played a couple seconds after video. I changed the sync settings in my elgato settings to -1450 like my other settings but when I go that far negative the audio doesn't play through the stream. When I go to -300 the audio just skip and stutters around the whole time. Please Help!
