Audio noise problem in OBS

Hi, I've a problem with the audio in my OBS:
I've two pc laptop with windows 10 and I use to record a dj video live session taking the audio input of my dj stand-alone controller via usb cable attached to the pc, I've the same driver of the controller on both pc, well on the old i5 pc with windows 10 enterprise I've no problem with the audio while on the new i7 with windows 10 home I've a random audio noise like fried audio and when it happens the audio meter on OBS become all red color.
I would like to use the new pc because it's more powerful but I have this problem, I already tried to put the same audio resolution to 44.100khz on both the OBS and on the advanced audio setting of my dj controller device in windows, I also disabled exclusive audio mode, nut no way the problem persists, it's not a problem of the dj controller and its driver because on my old pc with the same driver version I've no problem in OBS, maybe there is something else that bothers to OBS.
I've attached an mp3 example of the audio noise in the zip file and the OBS log file.
The problem is random it happens after some minutes of playing.

hope someone can help me to fix this problem, thanks.

thanks for your answer, Game DVR is already off, I will try to run OBS as Admin
i5 spec.:
Windows 10 PRO
Processore Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2540M CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601 Mhz, 2 core, 4logic processors ( 4gb ram)

i7 spec.:
Windows 10 home
Processore Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz, 2401 Mhz, 2 core, 4logic processors (8gb ram)

also I think I can fix the problem running the 32bit version of OBS ( on the old i5 I'm running the 32 bit version, while on the i7 I'm running the 64bit version of OBS)
