Question / Help Audio next to silent when streaming to Facebook

I'm working on getting our church set up to live stream the sermons. I have multiple IP webcams set up, and the audio is fed from our soundboard through the Line In (not Microphone) port on my laptop. Video quality is what it is, and the audio sounds fine through the monitor headphones, but when listening on the output stream, the audio is near non-existent. I have listen through headphones and crank the volume all the way up to hear a semi-normal sound. I've checked it from multiple devices. I've got our sound guy giving me maximum level from the board, and I've got the level for the audio source in OBS Studio set to max (it's even red lining), and it still comes out at a whisper. Any advice?

I figured it out, the sound source was slightly out of phase, so when it was played back on a device with only one speaker, Facebook and YouTube tried to mix the left and right signals together, which cancelled out. Listening in stereo (like headphones) was fine.

How did you fix this? I had great stereo audio on Facebook, but almost zero mono. I've been able to get it to function by setting the audio output on OBS to mono. It sounded so much better when watching/listening to the live stream when it was set to stereo and you were listening in stereo, just a garbled, quiet mess when listening via mono. Any help is greatly appreciated.
