I can not find anything on this so maybe its just me. I put in new sounds in my obs studio and they work till I get somewhat of a freeze up. My game at random seems to freeze and skip a few times and the sound goes out for a few seconds. After this I have to go back through all my sources that have sound, go into advanced audio properties and even though it says it is set to Monitor and Output, I have to change it to Monitor OFF and back to Monitor and Output in order to hear it in my headphones again. My viewers say they can still hear the sound for it in the stream but I can not... This happens every stream and in every Scene. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way to fix it so I don't have to reset everything every time?

This can happen if the setting is for the default device instead of a specific device, or if the selected device driver is not yet ready when OBS tries to use it.
You might try installing Voicemeeter, which would sit between Windows and OBS, that *might* help.
