I've recently been tweaking audio and noticed a problem. Whenever I'm monitoring audio in OBS, if I go into the Windows 10 Sound Control Panel and specifically in the Recording/Mic tab, I get constant audio stuttering but only from OBS. It seems to remain even if I restart OBS, but closing Sound Control Panel or going into another tab makes it stop. Also, I use Voicemeeter Banana and run the audio monitoring through a VB Cable and this occurs whether I'm using the built in monitoring or the 3rd party monitoring filter. I also have set all audio sources and OBS to the same sample rate (idk if difference in 16 or 24 bit matters). I only recently noticed this and don't know if this was ever an issues before and I haven't checked to see if this shows up in recording or streams. Please let me know if I need to add any extra info.
