The first thing I noticed was that every time I open OBS, I hear noise. It is the exact same noise that is made when I open up "Recording Devices" in Windows. It just sounds like white noise. As soon as I close OBS, it is gone. I have tried turning on and off the Audio Monitoring, because I think that is what it is doing... because can I faintly hear what is coming thru my mic in my headphones. I tried disabling the microphone and that didn't help either. Please help!
