Audio Monitoring just stops working randomly

This is a bug for sure, I work in audio and music production, have not changed a single setting, double checked everything, this is the 2nd time this has happened. where my monitoring just gets muted for no reason out of nowhere, last time i was able to just fix itself by restarting windows a few times, It is not fixing this time, I feel like this is a bug you guys should look into. thanks.
 
so it just fixed itself again after about 4 pc restarts and a bunch of obs restarts, it feels like that is a bug, but i am not a programmer so i do not know. it is not a windows audio issue, i was still able to record a video and have audio using obs, and viewers can still hear me, just my monitoring goes mute, it is a strange thing anyway, just wanted to bring it up.
