Audio Monitor Setup - two headsets

I have a fairly simple setup and only use it during basketball season to livestream games for our high school. I don't know much about OBS but am learning on the fly. Last year I used Voicemeeter for our setup but am wondering if the new Audio Monitor plugin will work instead. I have the following:
1 Camera (no mic)
Scoreboard via Live.score (no audio)
2 USB headsets

I want both headset audio to go to the stream, and for each headset to be able to hear each other, but not themselves. Can I use Audio Monitor to do this?
