Audio Monitor not working anymore

Hi, my audio monitor is not working anymore.

In "advanced audio settings" "output & monitor" is set for the videos and in the OBS Audio settings the monitor device is my headphones.
The stream is hearing the audio from the video but I am not hearing it.

Maybe anyone can help? It worked before and I don't think I changed anything.

Check Audio Monitor output in settings.

As mentioned, the audio monitor in the OBS settings is set to my headphones.

change to Monitor Off and again to Monitor and Output.
Sometimes stop working if change device to Monitor.
