Audio monitor disabled bij inactive audio sources for OBS version 28 and above.

Since OBS version 28 it is no longer possible to monitor inactive sound sources. I can still choose this in the audio properties of OBS but nothing happens. This was possible with OBS 27 and lower. Was this deliberately removed, I would like to see this again because I used it often.
