Audio Mix tracks in the Audio Mixer and ability to add Filters to them

Would love to officially see the six Output Tracks in the Audio Mixer (or in a new dock or something similar) like you can with Exeldro's Audio Monitor Plugin, but then on top of that it would be amazing to be able to put Audio Filters on those tracks at the end of the audio chain in lieu of putting them on individual sources when that makes sense to do.

This would be a useful addition, especially for people running separate stream and recording mixes. Being able to monitor and filter each output track after the sources are mixed would save a lot of duplicated filters and make audio routing much easier to manage.
