Question / Help Audio Looping

Whenevver I have audio playing at all it keeps looping not repeating but looping constantly.

If you mean you hear a feedback loop: You may have OBS configured in a way that you monitor some audio device (in advanced audio settings) and the monitor device (settings->Advanced) is a device you capture and monitor. It may also be that you output monitored devices to your speakers, from where it is captured by your microphone, which you activated monitoring, so it is output to the speakers again. Or something like that.
