Audio Levels don't show or work then disappear, must reopen then it works. Intermitted issue random.

OBS seems to have a bug. When I add any audio input source from the interface or application, no levels are in the meters. When I exit OBS and reopen the audio levels work.
Sometimes the signal disappears. Then after closing and reopening again, it works.
Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers. OBS v31.0.1 64bit
