Question / Help Audio Leaking From other Sources

On my computer setup I have a headset (Turtlebeach PX22) and it has two inputs from the computer, one USB and another Headphone audio jack, with on-line audio control so you can change the volumes coming through it seperately. I use all audio except for voice chat through the headphone jack (High Definition Audio) while voice chat comes through the USB (Turtle Beach PX22), for settings I have the microphone device set to the head set microphone and the desktop audio as the regular headphones, leaving the audio going through the USB unassigned. For some reason however on OBS the audio from the USB leaks through into the Microphone audio, this doesn't happen in any other program I use which leads me to assume that the problem lies somewhere in OBS as opposed to the headphones themselves. The audio even leaks when the microphone is muted for some reason, but like I stated, OBS is the only program to do this.

Anyone have an idea how to fix this kinda thing or is it just an innate problem with microphone and audio coming through one USB slot with OBS? The best solution I have at the moment is to turn down Skype volume through the settings to eliminate as much of the sound as possible and turn it up through the in-line control but it can still be heard very feintly.
