Audio lag from Camera into OBS

Hi all, new to OBS. I've a Nikon D5300 into a Camlink 4K. My issue is the audio coming from my camera (I've a lav mic connection to the mic output of the Nikon). Once I've connected the Nikon as a video capture source, the audio seems to lag a tiny bit in my headphones on my HP Omen laptop. When I record and playback the video audio is spot on. I fear that monitoring that little lag when doing a video chat via Zoom or maybe a stream and such it may throw me off.

Thanks again for your help. I've no other USB devices connected. In addition, I'm not tech savy enough to download and install/use the USB Device Three Viewer.

Are your headphones bluetooth, or plugged in?

Problem solved.
Turns out it wasn't OBS after all. Seems that my HP Omen Gaming laptop didn't like the idea of the mic coming from DSLR mic output. Purchased a cheap USB-C mic and plugged it directly into OMEN's thunderbolt slot to test and delay went away.

Using Bluetooth headphones.
