Question / Help Audio Keeps lowering at a random time and stays like that

The only way that the audio goes back to normal is if I restart OBS and its really annoying to do when im in the middle of a stream. The audio/sound from my PC (Except my Mic) automatically lowers for now reason and my viewers can barely hear it. I've googled this problem several times and cant seem to find the answer and it really bothers me. How do I stop this from happening and is this a common problem?

Try turning off ducking in your windows sound options.
