Question / Help Audio keeps looping

As the title says, my audio/mic keeps looping. When I say something then I will end up hearing what I just said again and then again.

Things I have tried:
I have restarted PC
Re installed OBS Studio
I DON'T have the stream preview running without knowing.
I have only have ONE mic enabled through my mixed and on top of that I unplugged my webcam and on my headphones I muted my mic. I only have my Blue Yeti on.
I have tried a different game / scene to see if that would help anything.

I would say something in game then alt tab which is why you might hear the audio go silent for a second because I am trying to listen to my stream preview to see if there is an echo. And then you will hear me repeat what I said then you will hear me repeat the same thing again but a little softer spoken which is weird to me.

If anyone could help me out if I have a setting problem or anything for the matter I would love it.

Gonna guess that this (in your Conan Exiles scene):

source: 'Chat' (browser_source)

Is linked to your stream channel, and probably where the looping is coming from.

I don't think it has to do with my scene because I have tried with other games. I logged into LoL which is a different scene and I had the same issue.

The scene doesn't matter, browser sources will be active all the time by default, regardless of what your current scene is.

I've been streaming using OBS for 3 years now and for the last 2 weeks my live stream video's to YouTube Live has been looping. I set up a test stream and it was about 10 minutes long, but the audio keeps looping upon itself (not even an echo, an actual loop) to the point where you can't even understand what I'm saying. I have updated today to 21.1.2 to see if that fixes it. But I just wanted to post on this thread just in case a fix has been found.

I muted my twitch and still have a loop. I've tried everything, watched a million YouTube videos and it still doesn't work right
