Question / Help Audio issues

I currently have this problem when using OBS where my audio sounds low and fuzzy when music plays. The audio always sounds like it's coming straight from my microphone like I'm blasting it in the background so to speak

What the stream hears: http://puu.sh/lOkNR/570c29e431.mp3

And what I hear(Also the original music file): http://puu.sh/lOlh7/02e71a1fbd.mp3

As you can hopefully hear, the stream hears more like a low quality version of what is currently playing. I've tried everything possible to try fixing it but have found no solution.

And sorry if it makes things difficult because they're not exactly at the same parts of the song. I tried to make it as close as possible though.

Any reason you're using MP3 instead of AAC? You'll get better quality with the latter.

Check the format your Realtek audio is using under Control Panel > Sound > Playback tab > Realtek Speakers properties > Advanced tab. Make sure it's set to something reasonable like 16 or 24 bit and 41.1 or 48 kHz, and that the settings in OBS match so the audio doesn't need to be resampled.

Ah. I only left it as MP3 because switching to AAC didn't really do anything to resolve my problems so I left it at that. Changed to AAC while matching the audio kHz and it still doesn't seem like it's improving from where it is.

Starting to suspect OBS doesn't like my Realtek audio perhaps?

A huge number of people use Realtek audio without any problems so some inherent incompatibility seems very unlikely. Do you have any weird post-processing effects enabled in the Realtek software? Tried installing/reinstalling the latest drivers from their website?

Seems I had faulty Realtek audio drivers. Updated to the latest one and the low quality sounding noise seems to be gone now. But now the music volume sounds really low now even with max volume on OBS and in game?
