Audio Issues

Anyone can help me figure out my audio issues. I got my ATEM Extreme Black Magic Design linked into my computer via OBS. The audio is good when I plug my earphones on the atem mixer. The audio is choppy and not working well when I am on OBS. Sample rate is at 48khz on laptop & obs. I've had this issue before and I turned off Audio Enhancement on windows and it was fine. Huh. You said when you turned off audio enhancements in Sound Control Panel (that's where it is), the choppy audio disappears? If it does disappear, a software that is altering your audio like noise cancellation or EQ may be affecting it. Another possible cause is audio buffering. If the buffer (or in other words, latency for your PC to process audio correctly) is too low, it may cause choppy audio (like I've experienced when using a digital audio workstation). Just tell me if you have any software that you use for audio or if you use your audio devices directly, because if you use your devices directly, then that's a whole other topic.
