Hey guys,
So in OBS whenever I stream I get this weird audio buffering issue. Below I will attach pictures of my settings, but I have matched up my audio bit-rate with my speakers and mic. I've had this issue for a while now and it prevents me from streaming because it is so bad. I have tried to use the audio noise gate I even played around with it for about an hour but to no avail. If someone could help me I would really appreciate it.
Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8320
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 Sniper Elites
GPU: 7850 2gb hd
Up/Down Speeds:
Up: 7.9
Down:20.9

My voice comes through fine but the background noise is bad. My case fans are somewhat loud but I don't think that's my problem. None of my other programs have trouble with my mic, it all comes through clear.
