Question / Help Audio issues

After this new update my game audio now comes through my output capture it never did that before the update I need this fixed as I use my sound effects through my output WHY OBS!!!! I finally had my settings perfect and this update has screwed everything up for me
 
Before the update my game audio was through my mixer and never came through my speakers now it does I don't want it that way
 
Good gawd this post sounds like one of a whiny child. Please post what software/hardware you are using and how you are routing it so maybe someone can help you?
