Okay so I have searched all over the internet for a solution and I can not find an answer anywhere and I am hoping someone might be able to help me as this may be an error on my end. I use my Elgato HD60s to capture my gameplay from my Xbox and use OBS to stream it to twitch. When using Elgato alone I have no issues what so ever, but once I open OBS or YouTube I have static popping and crackling sounds coming from my gameplay. Please help!
