Audio Issues Streaming on Certain Cell Phone carriers

I am helping a church with a streaming issue so I am not on the computer they are having the issue with to attach a log file.
When they stream a church service, the audio is jumbled when listened to on a handful of cell phone carriers.
Most of the carriers are local smaller ones and the large carriers, most are familiar with.
Sorry I cannot attach a log file at this time.

Maybe they have something like T-Mobile Binge On or throttling where everything is downscaled to 480p and audio takes a hit too. What platform are you streaming to?

They are streaming to Facebook. They also did a test with YouTube and said the same thing happened. I have not had a chance to see the set up. I did find out it is a wireless connection from the main audio board into the camera rather than hardwire. I'm not sure that would make a difference or even a line/mic level, since the audio can be heard fine coming out of the camera on the other platforms and carriers.
