Hello.
Help needed - really hope you can help me.
I've got tons of old VHS tapes, and I thought that I'd digitalize them using a Razer Ripsaw Capture Card and OBS Studio.
The connections provided with the Razer can't connect to my VCR, as this only has SCART out.
I've solved this by connecting the VCR to a DVD-recorder, which sends the signal out via HDMI to the Razer. That is, this signal has to go via a HDMI splitter, as the signal out from the DVD-recorder is coded somehow.
So my setup is like this:
VCR scart out --> scart in DVD-recorder --> HDMI Splitter --> Razer Ripsaw --> USB3.0 Windows 10 pc.
The video is crystal clear in OBS, but the audio is very stuttery.
I've tried all I can think of in the audio settings, but I can't get rid of this problem.
There's 2 outs from the HDMI splitter, and I've tried connecting it to a screen, and there the audio is fine.
I've tried this before when I had Window 7, and there were no problems then.
What can I do?
