Question / Help Audio issues after upgrading to v0.522b

For some reason I can't get OBS to record my speaker volume after upgrading to the newest version. I set OBS to record from my computer speakers, and it even shows that OBS is connected to my speakers on the Windows Audio Mixer. I've tried changing the audio output to a different source but none of those are working either.

As you can see I have OBS set to use my Realtek speakers, and the mixer shows that audio is going to OBS but for some reason neither my stream or local recordings have audio.
