Audio Issue

We are having an audio issue when streaming, sometimes the audio will clear up and go right back. When using the microphone it sounds like a wave of the voices going up and down like the example video, any type of bitrate change and it still happens. We are using OBS ----> TikTok Shop LIVE Manger and getting this problem over and over. HELP!
