First post so please bear with...
We have used OBS for 4 or 5 years and the only time we get issues is following an update. I updated to the last update and lost my picture in OBS. Blackmagic support told me to update their drivers and all seemed good EXCEPT now, the audio via the virtual camera ( feeding zoom) is so broken and jumpy its inaudible. I can plug headphones into my decklink card and the audio is fine. If I use the blackmagic recording software the audio is fine. If I connect to zoom via any other device its fine, but feeding it via my Presonus mixer audio feed its horrendous. It was fine until this recent update. Can anyone help me without using any big words!!! Or does anyone know anyone who might help on a payable support basis. Im in UK. Thanks. Alan
