During streaming suddenly the audio did a loop thing where it looped 1 second of audio over and over. To get it working again I had to unplug the audio interface and plug it back in. I identified the time of the error in the log file:

Not sure what was going on here. We use the Zoom U-44 audio interface to bring audio into the computer from our soundboard, through a SPDIF input. I don't know why it would have switched to built-in microphone at this point. And why we couldn't get it going at that point. Didn't try unplugging it till later.
