Audio issue with OBS

Recently, I haven't been able to stream due to OBS seeming not to receive any sound data from my microphone. It is detecting the mic, and set to listen to it, but when I actually talk, the levels do not change. It doesn't seem to be an OS problem, because the levels DO change when I look in the recording devices menu.

 
UPDATE: A windows representative managed to help me solve the issue. In my case, I just needed to restart the Audio Service and Audio Endpoint Builder service. Just rebooting the computer was not enough.
