Question / Help Audio Issue with dual PC Setup

Hello all,

I put off upgrading to Studio for a long time but now that I've switched over I'm having an issue with one of my audio sources from my capture card. In OBS Classic you were allowed to take an audio source and tell it to output to the stream only. Example: http://imgur.com/a/9USIZ This allowed me to use my streaming PC to handle music and alerts and not duplicate the game audio coming in from the gaming PC.

Now, in studio if I use "capture audio only" I can see the audio bar within the mixer moving up and down with the game sound properly. But, the stream cannot hear it. I of course have the proper tracks labeled going out to the stream channel.

The workaround, which isn't a good one, is to tell the capture card to "Monitor and Output" but I have to push it via the SPIDF output on the streaming PC. If I don't use this option it would loop back to me via my mixer due to it being over the desktop where the audio for the alerts and music come from. This creates a horrible echo in the process.

The other downside to this workaround is a slight delay in what the stream hears...

Could really use some help :/

Do you see a green level in the mixer from your capture card?

Yes, when I tell the capture card to capture audio only I see the green bar moving up and down with the audio from the gaming PC. But, no one else can hear it.
