I tried setting my microphone and desktop audio devices to Default, but no audio was being recorded. When I looked through the dropdown list of devices, there were about 20 desktop audio devices and 10 microphones, and I don't know which ones to choose. Is there one in specific I should do? I'll post the list of devices here if I need to.
