Question / Help Audio Isn't In Sync? And Mic Is Staticy

My Audio (Whenever I Talk) Is Delayed About 1 Second, The Gane Audio Matches The Vid, Just Not My Voice, And My Voice Is Kinda Staticy, It's An X12 Mic If That Helps. :D
