Are you using headphones or speakers? If speakers, it looks like you're using a Yeti. That's going to pick up the sound from the speakers, and cause an echo.

I have my blue yeti muted and im using earbuds.

Ok so i might have found the problem. I think its because the sound device i use is the speaker/headphone (Realtek(R) Audio). But idk what to switch it to make it sound good. I think it is this because i made OBS pick up the nvidia sound device and it sounded good.

Ok i figured it out it was because my driver was not updated correctly and i had to reinstall the driver. It works now.
