Bug Report Audio is two seconds behind my video both streaming, recording, at 1440p60/720p30 & with delays

Starting around October (now that I come to realize this issue is present everywhere and not just to Destiny 2), all recordings have had audio that is delayed by around 1.5 to 2 seconds behind the video. I am dropping zero frames, and this happens both when I stream and record, and both if I run at 2560x1440 and 60fps, or at something like 1280x720 and 30fps. I have reinstalled graphics and audio drivers (clean installs btw), I have tried to add in manual delays to the video, and nothing has worked. Is there a setting I am overlooking or is OBS bugged? At this point I'm desperate for help. Thanks for any you can give.

I have been having the exact same problem. I've been streaming since May and have had no issues. Now I can't seem to fix this audio desync problem. It's ruining my streams and clips...

What happened when you added in a manual delay?

Try using Sync Offset as shown above, although it sounds like you'd need a negative number, not sure it can do that. Where were you putting a video delay in?
Got that image from this page: https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...ality-recording-and-multiple-audio-tracks.221 (although it doesn't describe the sync offset feature).

This would only work of course if the delay is a fixed amount, if it increases over time, then something else is wrong.

Did a forum search and found a couple recent threads that implicates GeForce Experience:

It can't go negative enough to fix it through that method. I tried adding a 500 ms video delay via a filter (Added Render Delay since I only have Effect filters).

As an update to that, the Render Delay only goes up to 500ms, and that still isn't enough to compensate for the delay.

Ok, try the GeForce Experience thing, I think from skimming those threads that you have to disable it.

What is this "GeForce Experience thing" slash how do I disable it? I use GeForce Experience for drivers and game optimization but I don't use it for anything else.
