For the company I work for’s stream, I record audio through a zoom audio recorder then connect the recorder to my laptop. We use two different laptops depending on who is working the stream that day. When we use the laptop with a regular USB 3 port, the audio sounds fine but the other laptop only has USB C ports. When that one is used, and we use a cable for USB C, the audio is much deeper than the speakers actually voices, and the audio is very crackly. Does anyone know why this is happening and possibly what there is that I can do to fix it?
