Question / Help Audio is screwed when opening specific games

Hi im experiencing problems with obs when i launch some games. When i launch Black Desert Online or Planetside 2 and i speak on the mic ppl say that i sound distorted and robot like but when i mute my desktop audio my voice becomes normal again. So when i want to play these games i need to mute the desktop audio and that suck not being able to hear what i hear on stream.
