Question / Help Audio is not getting captured at full sound in Rocket League

I don't get this, I've googled and THOUGHT I found a fix but sadly my viewers are still reporting that my game audio is super quiet, the strange thing is it's in Rocket League ONLY any assistance would be appreciated.
