Question / Help Audio is delayed

So what I am doing is, I have my PS3 connected to a Video Capture Card, which is then connected via USB 3.0 to my Computer.
Only Issue is, the Audio is Delayed by about 1 Second. Is there any way to fix this?

Do you mean that the audio is out of sync with the video in OBS? Or that there is delay between the actions you take in-game and the audio generated by that action in OBS?

I'm Having a hard (Novice) time setting up my OBS to Facebook Live Sunday Services.

I had a latency problem too - I finally found if i made changes in the Properties on BOTH my incoming Audio by 1000 ms AND my incoming video signal (PTZ Camera) by the same 1000 ms, the imaging is now in sync.
