Question / Help Audio is always disabled

i'm using the Elgato to stream to 2nd PC and there is no audio. the audio/video passthru is working, so sound is reaching the elgato. and i have tried streaming the same way with PCs reversed and everything is fine. but on the pc that its not working on, I noticed in Sources/my video capture device/properties, under Audio, that the audio input device is always set to disable. and when i select Use Device Audio under audio input device, then OK, nothing changes. still no audio, and when i go back to Sources/my video capture device/properties, the Audio Input Device is set back to Disable. no matter what I do the audio is always disabled. any help is appreciated.

im having the same issue with using my cpu's mic, no audio ._.

just did a uninstall/reinstall and now it works. I tried that before I made this thread with no success, but this time, I uninstalled everything including User Settings(which I didn't do the 1st time). Ran CCleaner, restarted, re-installed and now there are no problems :)
