Question / Help Audio is ~1 second behind video

I set my stream up for the first time on my new PC, and in any game my mic's audio and the game's audio is behind by around 1 sec. Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Here are some screenshots of my settings: http://imgur.com/a/22Moj
